Steps to make Chana Dal and Dry Fruits Laddu

  • Step 1:  To make chickpea lentil and dry fruit laddus, first add ghee to a pan and fry the chickpea lentils until golden brown . Ensure the lentils are unpeeled. Then, cool the roasted lentils and grind them in a mixer .
  • Step-2-  After this, add some ghee in the pan and roast peanuts , cashews, almonds and makhana and after cooling them, grind them coarsely.
  • Step 3: Now fry some wheat flour in ghee . Once the flour is roasted, mix in the ground chickpeas.
  • Step 4: After roasting all the ingredients, prepare a one-string syrup by adding jaggery and a little water to another pan . Add the chickpea mixture, dried fruits , and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Step 5: After mixing all the ingredients in the jaggery syrup , let the mixer cool slightly. Once the mixer has cooled slightly, apply ghee to your hands and form small balls from it.
