Ingredients

Sattu - half cup

Water - one cup

Black salt - one-fourth teaspoon

Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice - half

Cashews and almonds - for garnish

Method

- First of all, put sattu in a bowl or jug. Add half a cup of water to it and stir well so that there are no lumps.

- Now dilute this solution by adding half a cup more water.

- Add black salt, sugar, and lemon juice to it and mix well.

- You can also add powdered sugar.

- If you want to drink it cold, then add ice cubes to it. Pour it in a glass.

- Garnish by adding chopped cashews and almonds on top. Sweet sattu sharbat is ready.
