Elon Musk will become the world's first trillionaire.

Elon Musk's SpaceX IPO: SpaceX, the space and artificial intelligence company owned by India's largest business tycoon, Elon Musk, has set its initial public offering (IPO) price at $135 per share. The company plans to raise approximately $75 billion by issuing 555.6 million shares. At this price, SpaceX's total valuation will be approximately $1.77 trillion (approximately $177 lakh crore in Indian rupees).

If this IPO is successful, it could become the largest IPO in history. Previously, Saudi Aramco set a record in 2019 by raising $29.4 billion.

Will Elon Musk become the world's first trillionaire?
Even after the company's IPO, Elon Musk will retain a nearly 50% stake in the company. He will retain control of the company due to shares with special voting rights. Consequently, it is estimated that after the IPO, Elon Musk's partnership in SpaceX could be worth approximately $841 billion. Meanwhile, his partnership in Tesla, the electric vehicle company, is estimated to be worth approximately $300 billion. Consequently, his total wealth could reach $1.1 trillion.

If this happens, Elon Musk will become the world's first trillionaire, i.e., a person with assets worth more than $1 trillion.

Musk will surpass these billionaires.
If this happens, then Elon Musk will surpass many billionaires of the world like Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Larry Ellison, and Jeff Bezos in terms of wealth.

SpaceX will be listed on the stock market next week.
It's worth noting that SpaceX's IPO is scheduled to be listed on the stock market next week. This listing could also pave the way for other major AI companies. AI companies Anthropic and OpenAI may also enter the stock market in the future.
