Silver price crash: After a significant drop of ₹20,000 on Thursday, silver prices have fallen sharply again today, falling by ₹25,000.

Silver price crash: Following Thursday's decline, the price of silver in India saw a sharp decline on Friday. The price of silver in India fell by ₹25 per gram to ₹275 per gram. Similarly, the price of 1 kilogram of silver fell by ₹25,000 on Thursday to ₹275,000 per kilogram. 

Silver is slipping

Silver prices also fell sharply on the MCX (Multi-Commodity Exchange). Silver futures (with March expiry) fell to an intraday low of ₹239,000 per kilogram. Experts had already predicted that gold and silver prices would likely remain volatile on Friday, February 6th. Some experts believe that the decline in precious metals prices may continue for some time.
