As part of the new beta feature, a dedicated ChatGPT sidebar will appear in PowerPoint. Once installed, users will be able to interact with the chatbot directly within the app. This will make it easier to create new slides, update old presentations, convert notes into professional decks, or rewrite slide content. Users will no longer need to create each slide individually. ChatGPT will automatically organize the content and create a better presentation.
Complete presentation will be created from notes and data.
According to OpenAI, this feature can turn users' ideas into professional presentations in just minutes. Users can upload their notes, documents, Excel sheets, images, or old presentations and ask ChatGPT to convert them into slides.
Let's say you have meeting notes and company performance data. You can ask ChatGPT to create a 10-slide board presentation, including essential elements like an executive summary, a risk section, and next steps. Best of all, the finished slides are fully editable, allowing for changes if needed.
AI will also identify flaws in presentations, not just slides.
This feature isn't limited to just writing content. ChatGPT can also review presentations. It will point out where the storytelling flow is weak, what information is missing, and what questions you should be prepared for. This can make the presentation more effective and professional.
