Dry Fruits Laddu
- Dates – 1 cup (remove seeds and chop finely )
- Almonds, cashews, walnuts – 1 cup (chopped)
- Ghee – 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
- Heat the ghee in a pan and lightly fry all the dry fruits in it.
- Add dates and mix well
- Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down a bit , and then make round laddus
- This sugar-free sweet is full of taste and energy
Oats and Jaggery Barfi
- Oats – 1 cup (roasted and ground)
- Jaggery – 1/2 cup
- Coconut ( grated ) – 1/2 cup
- Ghee – 2 tsp
- Heat ghee in a pan, fry the coconut and oats in it
- In a separate pan, melt the jaggery by adding some water
- Add the jaggery mixture to the oats and coconut and mix well
- Set on a plate and cut into pieces once cooled
Moong dal barfi
- Moong da – 1 cup (soaked and ground)
- Coconut – 1/4 cup
- Desi Ghee – 2 tsp
- Honey or date paste – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Fry the moong dal in ghee till it turns light golden
- Add coconut and date paste to it
- After mixing it well, add cardamom powder
- Spread the mixture on a plate, let it cool, and then cut it
