Dry Fruits Laddu

  • Dates – 1 cup (remove seeds and chop finely )
  • Almonds, cashews, walnuts – 1 cup (chopped)
  • Ghee – 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Heat the ghee in a pan and lightly fry all the dry fruits in it.
  • Add dates and mix well
  • Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down a bit , and then make round laddus
  • This sugar-free sweet is full of taste and energy

Oats and Jaggery Barfi

  • Oats – 1 cup (roasted and ground)
  • Jaggery – 1/2 cup
  • Coconut ( grated ) – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Heat ghee in a pan, fry the coconut and oats in it
  • In a separate pan, melt the jaggery by adding some water
  • Add the jaggery mixture to the oats and coconut and mix well
  • Set on a plate and cut into pieces once cooled

Moong dal barfi

  • Moong da – 1 cup (soaked and ground)
  • Coconut – 1/4 cup
  • Desi Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Honey or date paste – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fry the moong dal in ghee till it turns light golden
  • Add coconut and date paste to it
  • After mixing it well, add cardamom powder
  • Spread the mixture on a plate, let it cool, and then cut it
