This information was provided by the company's CEO himself. He stated that all employees' salaries will be increased in October. However, he did not specify the percentage increase.

Salil Parekh spoke with Money control about the salary increase, stating that the pay raise will be implemented in three phases. Most employees will receive the increased salary in October, while senior employees will receive it in January. The company provided this information along with its results for the first quarter (April-June) of fiscal year 2026-27.
Freshers will also be recruited.
The company has also announced that it will recruit freshers. Infosys has stated that it will hire 20,000 freshers this fiscal year. Of these, more than 4,000 freshers have already been recruited in the April-June quarter.
Employees are also leaving their jobs.
The company also revealed that the attrition rate has increased to 13%, up from 12.6% in the previous quarter. As of June 30, the company had a total of 328,062 employees, down from 328,594 at the end of March. This means there has been a slight decrease in the number of employees.
The role of AI has also increased.
It should be noted that the role of AI in Infosys' business is also increasing. AI services accounted for 8.2 percent of the company's total revenue this quarter, up from 5.5 percent in the December quarter. Furthermore, the company announced a leadership change. Ashish Kumar Das has been appointed CEO-designate. He will replace Salil Parekh as Infosys' new CEO and Managing Director from April 2027.
