NATO: NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said it is important for Israel's allies to work to reduce tensions. "I think it is now important for many allies, including the United States, to work to reduce tensions. I know they are doing so," Rutte told reporters at a news conference in Stockholm. "This was a unilateral action by Israel," Rutte said.
