Senior advocate Harish Salve, who appeared for Vantara, said that we do not want the entire report to be made public. Many people in the world have business rivalry with us. They can misuse it. On this, Justice Mithal said that the court will not allow this to happen. We will give you the report so that you can make improvements wherever needed.
Advocate Harish Salve said that of course, we will take the necessary steps. During the hearing, the court said that the committee's report has come. It is on the questions decided by us. Now no one will be allowed to raise the same question again and again.
When the petitioner raised the issue of temple elephants, the bench asked him, ' How do you know that the temple elephants are not being taken care of properly ?' The court said that there are many things in our country that we can be proud of. They should not be entangled in unnecessary controversies. The court said that if someone wants to keep an elephant and does so by following all the rules, then what is wrong in it.
