If you are planning to buy a cruiser bike, then Honda can also be a good option for this. Honda is currently offering a discount of up to Rs 10,000 on its premium bikes. This discount will continue till the old stock is cleared.
Honda has announced that it is offering benefits of up to ₹ 10,000 on its BigWing motorcycles. However, these benefits are available only on motorcycles manufactured in 2024. No benefits are being given on CB200X and Hornet 2.0 in this offer. Honda is doing this to clear the unsold stock of last year. Currently 9 motorcycles are being sold through BigWing. These include CB300F, H'ness CB350, CB350, CB350RS, NX500, Transalp, CBR650R and Goldwing. These bikes of Honda compete with the bikes of Royal Enfield.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has recently launched the new NX200 bike, which is priced at ₹ 1.68 lakh (ex-showroom). The NX200 is basically a rebranded version of the CB200X, which has been available in the market for many years. This updated version combines the CB200X with the larger NX500 in terms of name. The company said that the NX200 will be available at Honda's Red Wing and Big Wing dealerships.
The bike will get a new updated engine
The design of the NX200 has been retained like the CB200X, but along with its rebranding, there has been a slight increase in features. The biggest update is the 184.4 cc single-cylinder fuel-injected engine, which is now according to OBD-2B regulations. This engine generates an output of 16.76 bhp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 15.7 Nm at 6,000 rpm. It is mated to a 5-speed transmission, which includes an assist and slipper clutch.
Big changes in bike features
Many features have been added to the latest NX200, now it has a 4.2-inch digital TFT display, which includes Bluetooth connectivity and comes with the Honda RoadSync app. This provides navigation, call notifications and SMS alerts. Apart from this, the motorcycle also has a USB Type-C charging port. It has been introduced in color option variants, which have the option of Athletic Blue Metallic, Radiant Red Metallic and Pearl Igneous Black.
Honda also updated these bikes
Honda has also recently updated the CB350RS and H'ness CB350 for the Indian market. Both motorcycles have been launched in new colors. The Honda H'ness CB350 2025 gets three new colour options. The new colours have been added to the top-end DLX Pro Chrome variant. The new colours are Pearl Nightstar Black, Matte Massive Gray Metallic and Athletic Blue Metallic. On the other hand, the new colour options available in the CB350RS are only available with the DLX Pro variant. The new colour options are Rebel Red Metallic and Matte Axis Gray Metallic.
