On the morning of July 17, the price of 24 carat gold in the capital Delhi slipped to Rs 143,430 per 10 grams. In Mumbai and Kolkata, the price is Rs 143,280 per 10 grams and in Chennai it is Rs 143,450 per 10 grams.

Mumbai and Kolkata: The price of 24 carat gold in Mumbai and Kolkata is ₹143,280 per 10 grams. While the price of 22 carat gold is ₹131,340 per 10 grams.
Gold price in Chennai: 24-carat gold is priced at ₹143,450 per 10 grams. 22-carat gold is priced at ₹131,490 per 10 grams.
Silver prices
continued to decline. Silver prices, another precious metal, remained at ₹234,900 per kilogram on the morning of July 17th. Silver prices declined in the domestic market due to lower buying by jewelers and industries.
