Bikaner Honeytrap Scandal: Elderly Man Lured Into Trap, Stripped, and Blackmailed for ₹7 Lakh

Bikaner: A shocking honeytrap case has come to light in Rajasthan's Bikaner, where a 65-year-old man fell prey to a blackmail racket. A 32-year-old woman cunningly lured him into a trap, forcing him into an intimate situation and then using it to demand ₹7 lakh. The victim faced threats of public humiliation, but before the plan could succeed, the police intervened just in time, exposing the entire conspiracy and arresting the prime accused.

How the Trap Was Set

The elderly man, a resident of Gajner, had lent ₹50,000 to an acquaintance named Omprakash. On February 25, he received a call, asking him to come to Bikaner to collect his money. As he waited near Doodi petrol pump, a young woman approached him on a scooty and, with a smile, said:

"Omprakash has sent me to pick you up."

Believing her words, the man got on the scooty, unaware that he was walking straight into a web of deceit.

Locked, Stripped, and Filmed

The woman took him to a house where two more individuals were waiting. The moment he stepped inside, the doors were locked, and the nightmare began.

  • The woman forcibly undressed him and began recording an obscene video.
  • The elderly man realized he had been set up, but there was no way out.
  • Every attempt to resist was met with threats and intimidation.

Extortion Begins: Pay ₹7 Lakh or Face Humiliation

Once the video was recorded, the blackmailing started. The woman and her accomplices demanded ₹7 lakh, threatening to make the footage viral if he didn’t pay. If that wasn’t enough, they warned him of filing a false case against him if he refused to comply.

Fearing disgrace, the victim made a desperate phone call to his family, asking for the money.

How the Plot Was Exposed

The panic in his voice raised suspicion in his family. Instead of arranging the money, they immediately informed the police.

As the accused were transporting the elderly man to collect the ransom, the police launched an operation, intercepting them on time. The mastermind of the trap, a woman named Kajal, was arrested on the spot, while her accomplices managed to flee.

Investigation Underway

The Bikaner Police has launched an in-depth probe into the matter. Initial investigations reveal that the arrested woman has been involved in similar honeytrap cases before. The hunt for the remaining accused is ongoing, and officials have assured further arrests soon.

A Warning to All

This case is yet another reminder of how honeytrap gangs operate, preying on unsuspecting individuals and trapping them in humiliating situations for financial gain. Authorities urge the public to be cautious, avoid falling for such traps, and report any suspicious activity before it’s too late.
