Aamir Khan talked about the tantrums of young actors. He scolded the actors. Aamir Khan says that young actors make unrealistic demands from producers.

Superstar Aamir Khan recently took a dig at young actors for their unrealistic demands. Aamir believes that actors should pay for their needs and not burden their producers with it. Aamir Khan said, 'Stars should get recognition, but not to the point where they start harassing the producers.'
In a podcast with Komal Nahata, Aamir said, 'There was a system where the producers used to pay the stars' drivers and help on the sets. But I find this practice strange. I used to think that the drivers and help are working for me, so why should the producers pay for them? If the producers will pay for the personal stuff, then should they also pay my children's school fees? Where will this stop?'
Aamir Khan did not take money from the producer for driver and help.
Aamir further said, 'I think producers should spend only as much as is required for the film. This includes makeup, hair, and costumes. But what is the point of paying for my personal expenses like a driver and help? How is it contributing to the film? They are working for me. I should pay them, especially when I am earning well. I was clear from day one that no producer would pay my driver and help. It has been 37 years since this happened.'
Aamir scolded young actors
and further said, 'Today's stars don't even pay their drivers. They ask their producers to pay the drivers. Not only this, the producers are also paying the spotboys of the actors. They don't stop here, they also charge trainers and cooks. I have heard that they want a live kitchen on the set and expect the producer to pay for it. They also demand a kitchen, gym, and many vanities. Where is all the money you are earning going? Even after earning crores, you are not able to pay for your needs. This is sad and dangerous for the industry. This is shameful.'
