Darbar is held at 2 o'clock
There is a constant flow of people coming here to get rid of the evil spirits etc. In this temple, there are statues of Pretaraj Sarkar and Bhairavababa i.e. Kotwal Captain. Every day at 2 o'clock in the court of Pretraj Sarkar, there is a paeshi i.e. kirtan, in which the evil spirits that have come upon the people are removed.
There is a hole in the left chest
There is a small hole in the left chest of Mehndipur Balaji from which water keeps flowing continuously. It is said that this is the sweat of Balaji. Here laddus are offered to Balaji, rice is offered to Pretraj and urad is offered to Bhairon. It is said that those who have powers like ghosts etc., start doing strange acts as soon as they eat this Prasad.
Mahant saw God in his dream
Regarding this temple, it is believed that one day the old Mahant of the temple had a dream. He had seen three gods in his dream. Mahant considered this as a sign of the construction of the Balaji temple. After that, the worship of Lord Hanuman was started at this place. Then the three deities Balaji Maharaj, Shri Pretaraj Sarkar, and Shri Kotwal were installed in the temple.
Different types of structures of the temple
It is said that this temple is completely different from ordinary temples. Here instead of the temple bell, people's screams are heard. The structure of the temple is different in itself. There are four halls built here. The first two have the idols of Hanuman Ji and Bhairav Ji. While in the last hall, many women and men are possessed by ghosts.
Devotees follow this rule
Just in front of the idol of Mehandipur Balaji, there is the idol of Lord Ram-Sita, which he always keeps visiting. Hanumanji is present here in child form. The rule for all travelers coming here is that they should stop consuming garlic, onion, eggs, meat, and alcohol for at least a week.
Prasad cannot be taken home
You cannot eat any kind of Prasad from Mehandipur Balaji Temple nor give it to anyone. You cannot take Prasad from here even at home. Even you cannot take any food, drink, or fragrant things home from here. It is said that by doing this the upper shadow comes over you.
There are 2 categories of Prasad
In Mehndipur Balaji, Prasad is offered differently from other temples. There are two categories of Prasad here, one is Darkhavast and the other is Arji. Darkhavast is also called presence in Balaji. Hajri's Prasad has to be bought twice and in the application, Prasad is available in 3 plates. Once one applies to the temple, one has to leave from there immediately. While returning, they take the offerings of prayer which have to be thrown behind them. The rule is that one should not look back while throwing the Prasad.

It is not at all difficult to reach this temple. If you want to come here by rail, then Dausa is well connected by rail from everywhere. The nearest station to Mehandipur Balaji Temple is Dausa. If you want to travel by air, the nearest airport is Jaipur, which is just 33 kilometers from here. Cabs are easily available to reach this destination. Whereas Agra Airport is also not very far from here. Your journey can also be done from Kheria Airport of Agra, 133 kilometers away. Apart from this, if you want to come here by road then you will have to come here via Jaipur. This city is 55 kilometers away from here. Rajasthan State Transport buses will also take you here comfortably. Regular buses also run from here to Agra and Delhi.
