According to media reports, applications like IRCTC Rail Connect, e-Catering Food on Track, IRCTC Air, etc. can be brought under one super app. Not only this, Rail Madad, UTS, National Train Inquiry System, etc. will also be combined in this super app of Railways.
In such a situation, you will be able to do everything from booking train tickets to registering any complaint and making inquiries from this one application. After the launch of this super app, crores of passengers traveling by train in the country will benefit.
