The distance from Uniyana to Madmaheshwar is 23 kilometers which are measured on foot. Until a few years back, this yatra used to start with the monsoon. Monsoon is in between Ukhimath and Uniana. Khatra Chatti comes about one and a half kilometers ahead of Gondar. Chatti is called the place where travelers stay. The distance between Madmaheshwar from here is seven kilometers.
