Visit Guchupani in Dehradun
Gucchu Pani is one of the favorite places of tourists in Dehradun. Guchupani was called Robber's Cave during the British era, that is the cave of dacoits. It was called the cave of dacoits because at that time dacoits used to hide in these caves along with their belongings after the robbery. Due to the mysterious way of the caves, the British could not reach here and the dacoits used to escape.

The special thing about the cave is that there is a spring inside here, due to which the falling water spreads in the form of a river in the entire cave. The more you go inside, the water level increases. The water inside the cave gets deeper during the rainy season. How to reach Robber's Cave
If you want to go to Guchupani, then the distance of Robbers Cave from Dehradun Railway Station is about 10 kilometers, and you can reach it in just half an hour. Taxis can be taken from outside the railway station. You can go by booking a taxi for Rs 100-150. Apart from this, you can also go by sharing auto.
Cost of visiting Guchupani
You may have to walk 5 minutes from the road to get to Guchchu Pani. If you don't want to walk, you can take a rickshaw. The ticket for Guchchu Pani is 30 rupees. You will get slippers on rent right outside the entrance, take off your shoes and go inside because your shoes can get wet in the water. Chappals will be available on rent for Rs.10.
