The temple city of Khajuraho is in the news these days for its dance festival. This festival will run from 20th February to 25th February in Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh. Every year a dance festival is organized here, which people come from far and wide to see.

This dance festival, which started in Khajuraho in the year 1975, is celebrating its golden jubilee this year. This year the 50th Khajuraho dance festival will be held here. On the first day of the festival, around 1500 to 2000 artists are going to create world records by performing Kathak dance.
