Indian Railways: One has to face many problems while travelling in Indian trains. Especially one has to face some problems in the facilities of AC coaches. One of these is getting dirty bedsheets during travelling. However, all the sheets are cleaned and packed in envelopes. But, many times, due to lack of proper cleaning, only dirty bedsheets are distributed to the passengers. This can be known only after opening the envelope. This is a big problem faced by passengers. But the matter of relief is that you can get it changed.
If you complain to the attendant, he may ignore it. But, here we are going to tell you a tip, through which if you complain, it will be heard. Not only this, your dirty sheets will also be changed within minutes. So let us know how this is possible.
Where to complain about dirty bedsheets found on the train
If one complains to the attendant, they avoid the issue by making the excuse of running out of sheets, the passenger should immediately call the rail help contact number 139. On the call, you will be given the option to complain on a third number. After this, you will be asked to enter the PNR number in the journey details. If you do not have PNR then telling the train number will also work. After the complaint is registered, the control sends it to the concerned zone and division. After this, your complaint is heard within some time.
What happens if the hearing is delayed?
If the solution is not found within 2 hours of your complaint, then the complaint itself goes directly to the Railway Ministry. In such a situation the officer has to answer for the delay in resolution. Therefore, there is no delay in hearing on behalf of the railway employee. Apart from this, feedback is also taken from the Railway Ministry regarding how much work has been done on your problems.
You can also get help from the Rail Madad App
You can also complain by downloading the Rail Madad App. In the app, you have to enter your travel information, like train number, PNR, berth number etc. Along with this, you can also upload a picture of a dirty bedsheet here. Apart from this, you can also complain on the social media accounts of Railways, like Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
