Gill's new feat
Gill displayed excellent batting in the first two matches of the series being played between India and Australia. Shubman Gill scored 74 runs in the first match of the series and scored a brilliant 104 runs in the second match. Let us tell you that this was the sixth century of Shubman Gill's ODI career.
With this, Shubhman Gill set a new record. In fact, he has become the batsman from India to score 6 centuries in the least number of innings. Indian team's opening batsman Shubman Gill has achieved this feat in just 35 innings and in this matter he has left behind even the biggest batsmen.
Earlier this record was made by Shikhar Dhawan. Dhawan was able to achieve this feat in 46 ODI innings. Apart from this, Indian team's star wicketkeeper batsman KL Rahul had to play 53 ODI innings to set this record and Virat Kohli had achieved this feat in 61 ODI innings.
