Jay Shah: After Team India's crushing defeat at home against New Zealand, now BCCI has decided to change the support staff. Under the leadership of Jay Shah, BCCI has changed the bowling batting coach of Team India for the South Africa tour.
After removing him, former players of Team India have been given this responsibility.
VVS Laxman is the head coach in South Africa
VVS Laxman has been appointed as the head coach for the series against South Africa. Laxman has also coached Team India before this. The then head coach Rahul Dravid did not go to Ireland due to preparations for the World Cup and Asia Cup 2023, due to which Laxman was made the head coach of Team India.
Let us tell you that Team India has to play Border Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) in Australia, due to which the entire support staff is leaving for Australia with the team on 10 and 11 November.
Rishikesh Kanitkar and Sairaj Bahutule got the responsibility
Along with the head coach, changes have also been made in the batting and bowling coaches. Let us tell you that for the South Africa series, Rishikesh Kanitkar has been given the responsibility of batting coach while Sairaj Bahutule has been appointed as bowling coach. Earlier also, Sairaj Bahutule had gone to the Emerging Asia Cup as the head coach of Team India.

Let us tell you that a 4-match T20 series is being played between India and South Africa, in which India is leading the series 1-0 by winning the first match. While the next match of the series will be played on November 10 at St. George's Park.
