Jasprit Bumrah is arguably one of the best bowlers in the world at present across all formats. Due to his injury, Team India is missing a lot of a better fast bowler. We got an example of this during the Asia Cup 2022 and the Mohali T20 match against Australia. Team India could not defend the score of 208 runs in the first T20. But now before the second match of the series, the good news is that Bumrah may get a place in the playing XI of Nagpur T20. Let us tell you, Bumrah did not play in Mohali due to not being completely fit.

A Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) source told Cricbuzz on Bumrah's selection in the Nagpur T20, "The team management doesn't want to rush about him, which is why Bumrah didn't play the Mohali T20."But he is bowling full-bodied in the nets and he is ready for action.

If Jasprit Bumrah makes a comeback in the Nagpur T20, then Umesh Yadav is certain to go out. Actually, Umesh is not part of the upcoming World Cup squad, he has been included in the team as a replacement for Mohammed Shami who was hit by Kovid-19 before the start of the series.

Jasprit Bumrah is out of the team after being injured during the England tour. He was not a part of Team India in the West Indies tour as well as in the Asia Cup. After completing his rehab at NCA, Bumrah is now back with the team.

At the same time, the team's all-rounder Hardik Pandya said about Bumrah's injury, 'We all know what he can do and how important he is to us. There may be some concerns (about the bowling), but that's not a problem. We have to trust our players. These are the best 15 players in the country and that's why they are on the team. Jasprit's not being there makes a lot of difference. He is coming back from injury, it is important for him that he gets enough time to come back and not put too much pressure on him.
