Celebrity yoga and holistic wellness expert AnshukaParwani shares many such yoga poses and exercises on her Instagram handle 'AnshukaKa Yoga'. In a post, she has also given some asanas for sagging breasts. She writes in her post, "It is very common to have sagging breasts as you age. Bad posture, and being less active, is factors that can lead to sagging breasts from an early age."

She adds that certain movements will activate and tone your chest and back muscles. These will help keep the breasts firm and help relieve stiff back muscles.

Let us now know about the yoga asanas of the experts, which will help in tightening and firming the sagging breasts. You need to know how to do them correctly.

1. Tone Sagging Breasts with Eagle Arms Pose

By doing this pose, there is a stretch in your shoulders and it helps in opening the stiff shoulders. Not only this, but it also opens the lungs and makes it easier for you to breathe.

  • Spread a mat on the ground and sit on it by lapping.
  • Straighten your waist. Bring your right arm inside your left and wrap your arms so that your palms are touching.
  • Your elbows should be in one line. After this, try to breathe from near your shoulders.
  • Start with 30 seconds and then change the position of the hands. Try to slowly build it up to 3 minutes.

2. Tone Sagging Breasts with Arm Extension Pose

It strengthens and tones the back of the upper arms. Not only this but by doing this asana, your upper muscles also have an effect and the muscles of the back are also strong.

  • To do this yoga, sit on the ground and straighten your waist.
  • Your neck should be very straight. Keep the neck and waist relaxed.
  • After this, spread your right hand straight on the other side. Press the straight arm with the left hand and stay in this position for a few seconds.
  • Extend the other arm in the same way. Repeat this 10-10 times on both sides.

3. Tone Sagging Breasts with Cactus Arm Pose

Cactus arms are a great stretching exercise. It helps to open the chest, rib cage and upper back.

  • First of all, sit on the mat with a straight posture and keep your body relaxed.
  • After this, open your hands at a distance of 1 inch.
  • Fold the hands inwards from the elbows. Get into a position with your palms facing your face.
  • Move your arms back and forth the same way you do shoulder stretches at the gym.
  • Repeat this pose at least 10 times.

4. Tone Sagging Breasts with Gomukhasana

This asana cures the stiffness of the shoulders and also improves your posture. Along with strengthening the back muscles, it also helps in toning loose breasts.

  • First, sit straight on the mat and spread your legs towards the front.
  • Keep the feet glued together. Your palms should be next to the hips.
  • After this, bend your right leg and place it on the left side i.e. below the hips. Place the left knee over the right knee.
  • Raise the left arm above the head and bend the elbow. Now bring the right hand behind the back and interlock both hands.
  • Take a deep breath and stay in this position for a few seconds. With exhalation, open the hands as well. Spread your legs and shake for some time.
  • Repeat this asana 10 times.

Anushka says that due to hunch back, the breasts also become loose. If you have good posture, it will put less strain on them and thus your breasts will not sag.
