How to do?
- To do this, first take a deep breath.
- Now fill your cheeks with air and inflate them.
- Hold the air in for 10 seconds.
- After that try to blow air to the left for 10 seconds and then to the right for 10 seconds.
- After this, release the air and give your cheeks rest for 5 seconds.
- You can repeat this three to four times.
