Method of practicing Shalabhasana
Step 1- Lie on your stomach on the mat
Step 2- Stand with a distance between both feet.
Step 3- Place both hands under the thighs.
Step 4- Take a deep breath and try to raise your head.
Step 5- Raise the hands and feet from the ground as well.
Step 6- In this situation, the stomach is on the ground and the upper and lower part of the body rises above the ground in the air.
Step 7- Stay in this position for some time and come back to the old position.
Step 8- Then slowly come back to the old position.
