Keeping the weight of the body on the hips, align the toes with the eyes and keep the arms towards the feet, parallel to the ground. Stay in this posture for some time and tighten the abdominal muscles. Now come back to the old posture and repeat this asana 4-5 times.

Bhujangasana
The practice of this asana reduces the fat in the back and abdomen. Blood circulation also improves.
