Dhanurasana
To practice this asana, lie down on your stomach and bend your knees. While holding the ankles with the palms, raise both the legs and arms as much as possible. Stay in this position for some time while keeping your eyes upwards. Then come back to the old position.
Padhastasan
The practice of Padhastasan is also effective for reducing back fat. To do this asana, stand straight on both feet. Now keep the hands straight along the body and inhale. Take the hands above the head and pull the body upwards. Now keep the spine straight while exhaling. During this, bend forward while keeping the knees and hands in a straight line. Then place the hands on the floor and hold them with your ankles.
Bhujangasana
Lie straight on the stomach and keep a little distance between the legs. Now take the hands close to the chest and keep the palms down. While taking a deep breath, raise the navel and look towards the sky. After staying in this posture for some time, come back to the old position.
