Practicing some yogasanas is beneficial to get relief from neck pain. It can eradicate neck pain from the root. In this article, yogasanas that relieve body pain, especially neck pain, are being described.

Bhujangasana
This asana stretches the neck, shoulders and spine and reduces tension in them.

To do this asana, lie down on your stomach, keep your elbows close to your waist and raise your palms upwards. Now slowly lift your chest upwards while breathing in. Remain in this position for 30-60 seconds while slowly lifting your stomach.

Balasana
This asana relaxes the neck and shoulders and also reduces mental stress.

Sit on your knees on the mat and put the entire weight of the body on your heels. Now bend forward while taking a deep breath. Try to touch your chest with your thighs. Stay in this position for a few seconds while trying to touch the floor with your forehead. Repeat this process 3-5 times.

Marjari Asana
This asana increases the flexibility of the neck and spine and reduces muscle tension.

To do Marjari Asana, sit on your knees, bend your back and place your palms on the ground. The back should be raised upwards and the head should be bent downwards.
