For this, first, you have to lie down on the ground and then place both your palms on the floor shoulder-width apart. Now you have to breathe while keeping the lower part of the body on the ground and at the same time lift the chest from the floor and look towards the ceiling. Finally, while exhaling, bring the body back to the floor.
