Children's hands and legs also become stronger. Many times children feel sleepy while studying. This asana increases blood circulation in the head, helps oxygen reach the brain properly, and increases concentration.

Dhanurasana- Relief from back and waist pain
When children study continuously, they have to sit the whole day. Due to this, there is pressure on their back. There is also a possibility of back pain. But the practice of Dhanurasana strengthens the waist of children. They also get relief from pain in their hands and back and their body become flexible.
