Children's hands and legs also become stronger. Many times children feel sleepy while studying. Dhanurasana- Relief from back and waist pain
When children study continuously, they have to sit the whole day. Due to this, there is pressure on their back. There is also a possibility of back pain. But the practice of Dhanurasana strengthens the waist of children. They also get relief from pain in their hands and back and their body become flexible.
