To do Shirshasana, take both hands behind the head bend down, and keep the head down. While balancing the body, take your feet up and maintain balance while standing on the head.

Balasana
Hair starts falling due to stress or stomach problems. Practicing Balasana provides relief from stomach-related problems and stress. Balasana can be beneficial for hair growth and thickening. To do Balasana, sit in the position of Vajrasana by bending the knees. Take a deep breath while raising the hands, then while exhaling, bend the body forward place the head on the ground, and keep the stomach on the thighs.

Trikonasana
Practice Trikonasana to get rid of dry and white hair. Stand keeping both feet at some distance and raise your hands and shoulders in a straight line. Now touch the foot with the right hand. Repeat this process from the other side as well.

Bhujangasana
If the hair is falling excessively or turning grey, then practicing Bhujangasana is beneficial. To do Bhujangasana, lie down on your stomach join your feet together keep your palms near the chest in line with the shoulders, and rest your forehead on the ground. While taking a deep breath, raise the front part of the body and stay in this posture for a few seconds keeping your hands straight.
