Stomach-related complaints can occur in monsoon. Consumption of hot pakoras, samosas, etc. in the rainy season causes problems like indigestion, pain, and flatulence. There can be many complaints due to improper digestion. Experts say that one should not sleep immediately after dinner and there should be a gap of at least three hours in which one can walk or do yoga.
Here some yoga asanas are being told, which should be practiced after eating, due to which the food gets digested quickly and does not cause stomach problems.
Vajrasana
Vajrasana can be practiced after dinner. This is one of the most beneficial yoga poses for digestion. The practice of this asana helps in stretching the upper body and abdomen. It is advisable to practice Vajrasana on an empty stomach, but doing this asana after a meal is more beneficial.
Gomukhasana
Gomukhasana helps in stretching the spine and abdominal muscles. It helps in digestion and the practice of this asana after eating cures the stomach. This yoga can be practiced regularly to make digestion easier.
For the practice of Gomukhasana, bend the left leg and keep the ankle near the left hip. Now place the right foot on the left foot in such a way that both knees touch each other. Now taking the hands backward, hold the left hand with the right hand. Keeping the spine straight, take deep breaths for about 1 minute. Slowly come back to the old stage.
Dhanurasana
Dhanurasana helps increase the function of the digestive organs. Digestion improves with the practice of this asana. To do Dhanurasana, try to touch the legs while lying on the stomach. Grasp the ankles using the arms and hands. Stretch the shoulders while keeping the ankles behind.
