Vashishthasana

To reduce fat on your hands, you can practice Vashishthasana. By the way, this asana helps reduce waist fat. To do this asana, first make a plank pose. Then put the weight of the arms and legs on the right side. After that, raise the left leg and hand upwards and place the left paw on the right paw. Place your left hand on your thighs. While inhaling, remain in this position for a few moments. Later, exhale and come into plank position.

Konasana
You can practice Konasana to reduce fat on thick arms as well as thighs. To do this asana, first of all, stand straight. Keeping distance between the legs, take a long breath and move the left hand upwards. While exhaling, tilt the body to the left by bending the spine.
