With this asana, blood flows towards the head in a better way. The practice of headstand can relieve stress, as well as hair growth is good. If your hair is falling and becoming lifeless or premature graying of hair, then practice Shirshasana. To do this asana, take both hands behind the head and while bending down, keep the head down. Now maintain balance of the body and move your legs upward. While standing on your head, maintain balance and become straight.

Balasana
Balasana can be practiced to get relief from stomach problems and stress. Hair fall occurs due to stomach problems and stress. Therefore, Balasana can be beneficial for hair growth and thickening. To do this asana, bend your knees and sit in a Vajrasana posture. Now take a deep breath while moving your hands upward. Then while exhaling, bend the body forward. In this state, keep the head on the ground and keep the stomach on the thighs.

Trikonasana
If the hair is graying prematurely and there is dryness in the hair, then practice Trikonasana. To do this asana, stand with both feet at some distance. Now raise your hands and shoulders upward, keeping them straight. Bending towards the right side, touch the foot with the right hand. During this, raise the left hand towards the sky. Repeat this process from the other side.

Bhujangasana
To make hair thick, black, and long, practice Bhujangasana regularly. To do this asana, lie down on the stomach and join the legs together. Now keep the palms on the line of the shoulders near the chest, and keep the forehead on the ground. Taking a deep breath, lift the front part of the body. Remain in this posture for a few seconds while straightening your hands. Then, while exhaling, come back to the normal posture.
