Method of practicing Vrikshasana
For the practice of Vrikshasana, standing straight and balancing on the left leg, bend the right leg and place the sole on the thigh of the left leg. Make balance in this position and take the posture of Namaskar by joining the hands and taking them above the head. Stay in this position for some time, and later repeat the process with the other leg as well.
Yoga to relax eyes
Due to continuous studies, there is pain in the eyes and there can also be a complaint of weak eyesight. Bhastrika Pranayama can be practiced to give rest to the eyes and sharpen the vision. This yoga also affects the lungs, ears, and nose.
Method of Bhastrika Pranayama
To do this asana, keep the neck and spine very straight by sitting in a Sukhasana posture. Now take a deep breath without moving the body and exhale rapidly making a sound through both the nostrils.
Yoga for physical health
Sitting in one place and studying for hours reduces physical activity. Sitting in the wrong position or studying with the head bowed leads to the problem of back and neck pain. Instead of sitting continuously, one should get up in between and walk for some time. Also, for physical activity, you can practice Sarvangasana Yoga. With this yoga, the muscles of the hands and shoulders become strong, the memory becomes sharp and eyesight increases and the glow of energy in the brain becomes better.
How to practice Sarvangasana
To do this asana, lying on the back, keep both palms down and raise the legs straight up in the air and bend them towards the head. Straighten the shoulders, spine, and hips while supporting the waist with the hands. After staying in this position for 30 seconds, slowly come back to the old position.
