Yoga is beneficial for your body and skin in every way. With the regular practice of yoga, the internal part of the body works smoothly, as well as the external part, such as skin, eyes, etc., also remain healthy. Often people use different types of beauty products to look beautiful. Apart from creams etc., for healthy and glowing skin of the face, they resort to parlor and beauty treatments. Although chemical-rich products can make your skin shiny for some time, but long-term use can also cause damage. In such a situation, yoga helps in keeping your skin healthy. You can do four types of yoga asanas to bring a natural glow to the face. With these yoga asanas, the dead skin cells of the face start to be removed and the face starts to look healthy and glowing. So for glowing and smooth skin, do these four yoga poses daily.

Sarvangasan
To do this asana, first, lie down on the mat on your back. Turn the face towards the sky and keep both hands on the ground in the direction of the straight legs.
Now closing your eyes and taking a deep breath inward, raise both legs towards the sky at a normal speed.
Along with the feet, while raising the waist, keep it in a straight line of 90 degrees in the sky and lift the waist and back.
Now taking the support of both hands, keep the elbows on the ground. Keep the thumbs of both hands towards the stomach and keep the four fingers of the hands face to face on the back.
Stay in this position for a while and slowly remove the support of your hands and shoulders and bring the waist down.

Sheershasana
To do this Yogasana, place your palms on the mat and bend the arms at 90 degrees and keep the elbows straight above the wrists.
Raise the knees and extend both legs towards your palms.
Now balance by raising the right leg.
Later, lift the left leg as well.
Stay in this position for 20-30 seconds with the toes pointing towards the ceiling.

Halasana
To do Halasana, lie down on your back.
Now put your palms on the floor beside you.
Raise both legs to 90 degrees.
Use your abdominal muscles while doing this process.
Stay in this position and keep both palms firmly on the ground.
Now slowly take the legs behind your head.
Stay in this state for some time.



Bhujangasana
To do this asana, first lie straight on the ground.
Now place your palms on the floor about shoulder-width apart.
Keeping the lower body on the ground, inhale and lift your chest off the floor to look at the ceiling.
While exhaling, bring your body back to the floor.
