Just after a month, we will enter the new year and the old year 2023 will end. In such a situation, while we will welcome the New Year, some memories of 2023 will also linger around us. For example, even now hardly anyone has been able to forget Covid-19. While the infection of this disease took the lives of many people, many people suffered from this disease for a long time. Not only this, there are many other diseases around us, to avoid which it is very important to keep ourselves healthy. Therefore, in the year 2023, people did some yogasanas which remained in trend. These yoga asanas are in trend:-
Sukhasana

For this, you have to sit on the mat and try to keep both knees on the floor. Keeping the hands near the knees, the body has to be kept straight and the stomach in a normal position.

Then leave the body loose and try to remain in this position for at least 10 minutes. By doing this simple thing, any kind of infection can be avoided and it can also help in improving blood circulation.

Vajrasana
To do this asana, first, sit on your knees and then keep the heels apart while touching the toes together. After this, the hips have to be placed on the heels and the palms have to be placed on the knees. Also, keeping the back straight, both knees have to be joined together. Sit in this posture for some time and then come back to normal position.

Parvatasana
For this, you have to first sit in Vajrasana and now keep both hands and feet gently on the ground. Keeping the weight on the ground, stretch the waist upwards towards a triangular shape. While doing the asana, the body should look like a mountain and remain in this posture for some time.
