Home remedies for wrinkles

Curd can be applied as a face mask to reduce wrinkles. Curd contains lactic acid which removes dead skin cells from the skin. Take two spoons of curd in a bowl and mix one spoon of honey, one vitamin E tablet, and a few drops of lemon juice in it. The anti-oxidants present in lemon help make the skin tight. Wash off after mixing all the things and keeping it on the face for 15 minutes.

Pineapple rich in anti-aging properties gives the skin many anti-oxidants which enhance the healing process. The presence of Vitamin C helps boost collagen. To use it, take a pineapple and extract its juice. Apply this juice on the face and neck and massage it for 5 minutes and then wash it.

In many Korean skin care products, you will see the use of rice flour or rice water. Somewhere rice toner, scrub, face pack, etc. are used. To reduce wrinkles, you can apply a face pack of rice flour. For this, add enough rose water and milk to rice flour to make a paste. Apply this face pack on the face and wash it after 20 minutes. This face pack can be applied once a week.

Coconut oil
Coconut oil acts as a natural moisturizer. This oil can be applied on the face daily at night before sleeping. But, keep in mind that you should not apply coconut oil excessively on oily skin as it can cause clogged pores. It can be used on dry or normal skin.

Apart from eating, bananas can also be used to apply on the face. Applying banana on the face, which is rich in vitamins A, B6 and C reduces wrinkles and protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Take a banana in a bowl and mash it. Apply it on the face by taking it in your fingers and washing the face after keeping it for 15 to 20 minutes. Applying this face mask once a week will give a good effect.
