Include pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, hazel nuts etc. in your diet.

Even if you feel very lazy, consume soaked chia seeds on an empty stomach in the morning to fulfil the fibre and other needs of the body. Your work will be done and you will also feel good.
