Follow it up with a moisturizer to lock in the moisture and protect your skin.

Keep the skin clean or dust free

Unclean skin can lead to clogged pores and acne, whiteheads and blackheads, making your skin look dull and lifeless. To keep the skin free from dirt and pollution, it is necessary to use the right kind of cleanser for the skin.

Plus, clean skin allows other skin care products to be absorbed and work better. Wash your face twice a day and use sunscreen during the day and a hydrating night cream at night.

Moisturization is essential

To keep the skin soft and soft, oil glands are present in the skin, which gradually decrease after menopause. Use a thick and nourishing moisturizer to maintain your skin's health, and ward off dryness and itchiness.

Use collagen-boosting products

As we age, there is a loss of collagen in the skin, which is responsible for keeping the skin young and glowing. After menopause, collagen production decreases even more.
