According to Dr. Joydeep, only old people don't need to suffer from fatigue. This disease can happen to a person of any age and gender. However, Dr. Joydeep quoted the study of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and also said that research believes that fatigue can bother women more. According to them, problems like fatigue can be four times more common in women than in men.

What are the symptoms of fatigue?

Here it is not being said about being tired due to excessive work on normal days. Here fatigue means the symptoms of illness which are seen every day.

  • You feel constantly dizzy and lightheaded
  • Conditions like vomiting and diarrhoea occur again and again
  • Head hurts
  • Body cramps and pain
  • Sweat excessively

For what reasons do women feel more tired?

The main cause of fatigue is also a bad lifestyle. Along with this, deterioration in physical and mental health conditions is also included.

According to DrJoydeep, women's body is deficient in many essential nutrients like Vitamin D, iron, protein and fats. In our country, the amount of work that women have to do and the kind of diet they have to follow, they may feel a lot of problems. One reason for this is poor sleep cycle. If you have been suffering from dehydration for a long time, you may also feel tired.

If women take excessive contraceptive pills or other medical drugs, they may also suffer from fatigue. If they have recently had a physical or medical condition, they may also suffer from fatigue. This can also happen due to the effects of thyroid, anaemia, cancer, pregnancy and diabetes.

If there is any kind of mental health-related problem or any psychological problem, then fatigue can be more troubling.

What are the ways to avoid fatigue?

  • For this, you will have to take a balanced diet.
  • Have to keep yourself hydrated.
  • Drink water properly.
  • Keep doing regular exercise.
  • Try to reduce stress through some activity like meditation.
  • Get full sleep of 8 hours.
  • Get the right kind of medical treatment.
