Ingredients required to make Peanut Sesame Ladoo-
1 cup white sesame seeds
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup almonds
2 cups sugar powder
1/2 cup desi ghee
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp cardamom powder
How to make Peanut Til Ladoo? (How To Make Peanut Sesame Laddu)
To make peanut-sesame laddoos, first of all, heat a pan.
Then put sesame seeds in it and roast it on low flame till it becomes light brown and take it out in a vessel.
After this, put the peanuts in the pan and after roasting, turn off the gas.
Then grind coarsely by putting sesame seeds and peanuts in a mixer and take them out in a bowl.
After this, put almonds in the mixer and grind them coarsely.
Then take out some sesame seeds from the roasted sesame seeds and separate them.
After this, put half a cup of desi ghee in a pan and heat it.
Then put coarsely ground almonds in it and fry till it becomes light brown.
After that add the coarse powder of peanuts and roast it.
Then you turn off the gas and take it out in a big bowl.
After this, mix coarsely ground sesame seeds in this mixture.
Then when this mixture cools down, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix.
After this, add 2 tablespoons of cream to it and mix it well.
Then make round balls of this mixture and prepare it.
After this, wrap the prepared laddus in whole roasted sesame seeds and serve.
