The most important thing is that as soon as you wake up from the bed in the morning, do not leave the bed immediately, instead wake up and rest your body on the bed for two minutes. After this, if you have a habit of taking a bath immediately after getting up from bed, then first of all use lukewarm water while taking a bath. Do not take a bath by pouring water directly on the head, but first pour it on the feet, then on the body, and after that i.e. finally on the head. . If you keep these important things in mind while bathing in winter, you will never fall ill.

Go out only wearing warm clothes
Dr. Dharmendra told that winter has come. In such a situation, while going out of the house, wear a light sweater during the day, but if you are going out at night, then wear a heavy sweater only because there is a cold wave at night and the lowest temperature remains at night. If you go out wearing warm clothes, you will never suffer from cold, cough or fever. If you take children out, cover their ears and make them wear warm clothes only.

Use hot water for drinking also
Dr. Dharmendra said that while drinking, use only lukewarm water. Always turn off cold water completely in winter. This will not hurt your throat and will not cause problems like cough, due to which you can remain healthy throughout the winter and stay away from diseases.
