Ingredients for making Sarson Ka Saag
Mustard leaves - 500 grams
Spinach - 250 grams
Onion – 2 grated
Tomato - 2 small grated
Green chillies – 2-3
Ginger – grated
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Ghee – 2-3 tbsp
Salt as per taste

Method
To make this, first, wash mustard leaves and spinach and chop them finely. After this, add water, mustard leaves, spinach, green chili, and salt in a pressure cooker. Now cook it till 2 whistles. After it is cooked, put it in a mixer and grind it.
When it is ground, heat ghee in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic, and tomato it. After this, mix all the spices and cook well. Lastly, add powdered greens to it. Now add salt as per taste and keep stirring continuously. While this is cooking, prepare the cornbread.

Ingredients for making cornbread
Corn flour – 2 cups
Hot water – as per requirement
Salt - 1/2 tsp

Method
To make cornbread, first mix salt in corn flour. After this, start kneading the dough by slowly adding hot water. After preparing the dough, prepare small round balls from it and then roll them to make rotis. When the rotis are cooked, heat the pan and start baking the rotis. After the roti is cooked, serve it with hot vegetables. Don't forget to put butter on top of it.
