Ingredients for making Methi Paratha
2 cups wheat flour
2 cups fenugreek leaves
Salt as per taste
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp celery
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger paste
Oil as per requirement

Method
To make fenugreek paratha, first clean and wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly. After this, sift the flour and take it out in a big bowl. Add all the things including curd, and celery to this flour and mix well.
After this add salt as per taste. Now knead this dough well. Never make parathas from the kneaded dough immediately, rather leave it like this for some time. After this, prepare small balls from this dough.
Now make parathas from these balls and cook them on gas by applying oil on both sides. If you want, you can also make triangular-shaped fenugreek parathas. When it gets cooked crisply, take it out on a plate and serve it with pickle and curd.
