Essential ingredients for making sesame pudding-
1 cup white sesame seeds
1-liter milk (full cream)
2 tbsp grated coconut
8-10 almonds chopped
1 tsp pistachios chopped
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup sugar (as per taste)

How to make Sesame Kheer? (How To Make Til Ki Kheer)
To make sesame kheer, first of all, clean the sesame seeds thoroughly.
After this, put sesame seeds in a pan and roast them on low flame till they turn light pink.
Then turn off the gas and leave the sesame seeds to cool down.
After this, put sesame seeds in a mixer and grind them coarsely.
Then pour milk into a big pan and boil it well on medium flame.
After this, add crushed sesame seeds to it and mix it well.
Then add grated coconut to it and mix it well.
After this, add chopped dry fruits and cook for about 2-3 minutes.


Then add sugar as per taste and mix it well.
After this, cover the kheer and cook it for about 6-7 minutes and turn off the gas.
Now your flavourful Til Kheer is ready.
Then garnish it with pistachio shavings and serve it.
