Drink this tea to prevent hair from turning white

  • Curry leaves contain vitamin B complex, anti-oxidants and minerals, which protect the natural hair pigments.
  • Many anti-oxidants, fibre and iron are found in curry leaves along with Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C and E. These strengthen the hair, reduce hair fall and prevent premature greying of hair.
  • Black sesame contains copper, zinc and iron, which promote the production of melanin. Due to its deficiency, hair starts turning white prematurely.
  • Hibiscus flowers contain Vitamin C and amino acids, which strengthen the hair roots and protect the hair from oxidative damage.
  • Hibiscus tea works to control excess heat and balance pitta. This reduces hair fall.

Make tea like this to prevent hair from turning white

Ingredients required

  • Hibiscus flower petals – half teaspoon
  • Curry leaves- 5-6
  • Black sesame seeds – half teaspoon
  • Water- 200 ml.

Method to prepare

  • Put all the things in water and boil till it reduces to half.
  • Filter it and drink.
