If you want to maintain weight, then stay away from fast and oily foods, because they contain high amounts of sodium, calories and unhealthy fats. These may be responsible for weight gain.
Readymade food
Consuming ready-to-eat food should also be avoided. Nowadays people consume these food items to save time, they contain high amounts of sugar and trans fat, due to which you can gain weight.
Processed meat
Eating processed meat can also make you gain weight. In fact, along with sodium, it also contains high amounts of trans fat and calories, due to which your weight can increase rapidly. In such a situation, it would be better if you avoid eating it.
