Today we are telling you about 3 such exercises in our Monday Motivation Series which you can easily do while brushing in the morning. Not only will this help you lose weight, but it can also help reduce belly fat. Fitness expert Ms Priyanka Singh is telling us about these exercises.

Ms Priyanka says, 'You will never change your life unless you make some changes in your daily activities. The secret to your success is found in your daily routine. So, why not start your routine with simple exercises that you can do while brushing your teeth? By doing this for just 5 minutes a day, you can create small habits that will change your life for the better.

Sometimes, work, groceries, paying bills, and other responsibilities occupy our free time and often our resolve to get fit and go to the gym gets lost along the way. Luckily, there are easy exercises that you can incorporate into your workout routine without much effort. For example, exercising while brushing your teeth.

It is estimated that the average person spends 38.5 days in their lifetime, standing in their bathroom and brushing their teeth. Experts also generally advise adults to brush for at least 2 minutes or more per session.

If you are not able to go to the gym, then this is the right time to include some easy exercises. When you brush your teeth, you can do some exercise.

Wall Sits Exercise

Wall sits strengthen your glutes, upper leg muscles and core, and while doing so, reduce the pressure on your back. Just the wall space in your bathroom should be large enough for you to comfortably stand on your back. In addition, a wall sitting also helps in improving balance and focus.

How to do-

  • To do this, while brushing, keep it at a distance of about two feet from the wall.
  • Slowly sit in front of him.
  • Slide down to form a 90-degree angle with your knees.
  • Make sure your knees don't go past your toes.

Lunges Exercise

Lunches are one of the best exercises to tone your lower body and can easily be done while brushing your teeth. It also helps to stretch out any tight muscles and works wonders to stretch your back when this exercise is done properly.

How to do-

  • Extend one leg forward.
  • Then bend your leg at a 90-degree angle so that your thigh is parallel to the ground.
  • Your knee should be located just above your ankle (the knee should not go past the toes).
  • Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute and repeat with the other leg.
  • If your bathroom is small then you can do it in your place.
  • If you have more space, see how often you can lube in your bathroom while you're brushing your teeth.

Side Stretch

By doing side stretch exercises, you can do a good ab workout. This exercise is best done gradually for maximum waist-toning.

How to do-

  • To start, stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  • Looking forward, bend from your waist to the left (keeping your neck in a neutral position).
  • Use your right hand to hold your toothbrush.
  • Then switch after a minute.

You can also keep yourself fit by doing these 3 exercises while brushing.
