Fennel seeds for weight loss
Fennel can help in weight loss. One of the major reasons for people who are having difficulty in weight loss can be poor digestion. When food is not digested properly, it starts turning into fat. Fennel seeds can help you improve your metabolism and digestive health. Drink fennel tea after eating. Boil 1 tsp fennel seeds in 150 ml water and drink.
Chia seeds water reduces obesity
If you drink chia seeds water before meals, it improves digestion. Along with this, your stomach also gets filled quickly. Soak 1 tsp chia seeds for 2 hours. Eat it with fruits around 11 am.
Eat Brazil nuts on a weight loss journey
Eat one soaked Brazil nut every morning. Soak it overnight and eat it in the morning. This also improves hormonal health. Hormonal imbalance in the body can also increase your weight. It contains a high amount of selenium. It also boosts metabolism.
Apple cider vinegar for weight loss
Apple cider vinegar can help in the weight loss journey. Mix 1 tsp of organic apple cider vinegar in 200 ml of water. Drink it before eating. It improves insulin sensitivity although its use is not considered right for everyone.
